Good weekend

Having offended southerners (including the memory of my very own Alabama-born grandmother) in my last post, and probably driven away readers with my bile, I'm just popping in to say that we had a great weekend. First time I've been home, and we've been home alone together, in a long time. Went to an art fair and bought a wonderful piece we couldn't afford from this guy. Went to the batting cages (with me in the role of cheerleader), played a spontaneous round of miniature golf (truly), dodged thunderstorms and tornadoes, installed air conditioning units, cleaned from top to bottom, drank a lovely bottle of chardonnay (and I'm not really a chardonnay kind of girl), and just generally reconnected. Also went to see the S.ex and the City movie. Didn't like the movie. Loved the weekend. Now waiting on CD1.
