Plans
Chez Two Chicks, the phone keeps ringing .... 1. Nurse Not Bossy says the follicle is 18.5 - 19mm, my Estradiol is still low at 240, only up about 100 from Wednesday. So the doc wants me to do one more dose of 75 units of F.ollistim tonight, trigger Saturday night at 10pm, IUI appointment is Monday morning at 9am. (I am not freaking out that the new clinic does only one vial and one IUI per cycle. I figure it is cheaper that way and we are just jumping through IUI hoops to get to IVF, so why not save the sperm?) .... and 2. Newly Assigned Adoption Counselor called to schedule our first meeting with her for next Thursday. Rock and roll.

my doc only does one iui/one vial per cycle too. he swears that doing more doesn't increase success rates (i always doubted him, but he was firm).
cant wait to hear about the adoption appointment! you're gonna have babies everywhere soon!

it's going to go great! my doc has told me that slow steady growth is best... the more time they have to mature the better so a little increase at a time is OK. good luck on monday, i'll be thinking of you

Exciting things going on at your place. My doctor advises one iui per cycle as well. She swears that doing more doesn't increase your chances and is just a waste of money. I hope that you prove her right.
